Excellent quality, and including optional paddles is a nice touch. I prefer the look and feel of the aluminum paddles, and that's what I installed. Functionally, I do love the much more tactile and positive feel of these shifters compared with the OEM, and that is a benefit on the track. However, I wasn't prepared for the volume of these things! It sounds like you're smacking two blocks of metal together twice for every shift, which is effectively what you're doing. There's no damping of the sound at all. That's fine on a track with a helmet on. But I do like to use the paddles in regular street driving too and in the relatively quiet interior of the Elantra, the loud clacking is really jarring, and suggests a lack of refinement. You can tone it down by controlling the speed of engagement and release of the paddles with your fingers. But it's a distraction I'd rather not have. So, ultimately, that's left me feeling somewhat disappointed with these given how expensive they are, and it wasn't helped by the fact that another popular brand went on sale right after I got the Berrys for nearly twice the amount off what I got the Berrys on sale for.

These are great. Super high quality, but the install is tricky.
Definitely disconnect your 12V battery before commencing.
Only complaint is they are VERY clicky.
