Refund policy

Returns can only be processed when the package is shipped back to us, and our shipping team has the package in our hands.

Unboxed / Unopened Items Can be returned within 7 days of pick up/receiving package. Buyer pays return shipping and 25% Restocking Fee. Special order Items are not returnable. We do not cover shipping. ECU Tools including EK1 Lite is non-refundable. ECU Guarantee is valid for 30 days after receiving ECU.  Installed items cannot be returned.

Pre-Order items which are cancelled are subject to 10% processing fee, along with all order's placed and cancelled. This fee is not always applied and varies on situation. We do our best to reduce this fee, however it is a payment processor fee. (This includes orders placed and canceled the same day. Regardless of time, payment processor fees need to be paid, in our best effort to be fair, if your order was by mistake and is missing something or a major change is required? We charge the 10% if you replace the order you intended to order within 7 business days, we refund the 10% for the "accidental order") Again these are fees we do not like to charge, however when we receive 1 to 2 canceled orders per day? We are left with no choice given we offer flexible payment options, free shipping, reward points, ETC.

Tuner tools and services are non-refundable. This includes, damos files, bitbox slave, EVC credits and any item found in the Authorized Dealer section of the website.

Customers whom buy ECU tuning must accept the risk that tuning brings, we are not liable for any damages caused by N75 Motorsports ECU tuning. We do our best to make suggestions on mod's, fuel and oil, to the point where we send you a sticker for your engine bay, where it states which oil and octane we suggest. Our tuning is safe. however we have no control over defects from factory or user misuse. While this is just a legal warning, N75 Motorsports track record of tuning cars for 100+ miles will always be present. But please understand N75 Motorsports tunes 10-20 ECU's per week in the Hyundai Kia community, naturally we will see issues where customers would have seen issues without ECU tuning.

It is not our job to inform you of your countries import tariffs. Please educate yourself on your countries import tariffs if this is a concern. N75 sells into 30+ countries around the world, it is simply impossible for us to keep up to date with every country. Nor does any other online vendor list import duties.
