Shipping policy

Special Order Items ship same day they arrive.

In stock items ship within 24 hours.

Any Defective Items will be replaced as soon as we receive the item.

All items are packaged safely, boxed items will be wrapped in shipping paper to prevent theft on arrival. Recycled boxes are used (not used boxes but unused new boxes made for other manufactures) We use these boxes to help hide what we are shipping to avoid theft from your doorstep. 

All Fragile Items are label "Fragile Handle with care"

We take every step possible, from using premium bubble mailers/boxes and tape to ensure you receive it the way we send it!
