Fits: Hyundai N cars and the Hyundai and Kia 1.6T turbo cars, under the Vehicle option: Veloster N (356 x 32 mm rotors), Kona N and Elantra N (365 x 35 mm), Elantra Sport/GT Sport/N-Line/Veloster Turbo/Kia Forte (356 x 32 mm), or the Hyundai Genesis Coupe. i30 N owners choose the matching N-car option. Designed for most 18-inch wheels and larger, with no spacers needed.
What this is
Each kit is made to order and uses two six-piston forged-aluminium calipers, two two-piece floating rotors that are vented and slotted, Endless street and track pads, stainless braided brake lines for all four corners, StopTech 660 DOT4 brake fluid, two caliper mounting brackets and a hardware kit.
The focus is weight, especially the unsprung and rotating weight at each corner, the hardest to remove from a car. The caliper alone is about 10 lb lighter than the OEM Veloster N caliper, and with the lighter rotor the kit takes roughly 16 lb off each corner. Less weight here sharpens braking, turn-in and ride, without adding engine power.
The kit is designed for all-season street use, and we run the same kit on our own project car.
Design
The caliper is forged aluminium, chosen to cut weight while keeping a strong housing. Its two halves are clamped together with eight bolts. Each caliper carries a milled N75 logo.
The mounting bracket is solid metal and deliberately not a lightweight part, because its job is strength. Two long bolts thread 60 mm into it, the full thickness of the carrier, a deliberate safety margin.
The rotors are two-piece and floating. The friction face is grooved to clear brake gases and residue and hold performance on track, and centrifugal-style vanes pump hot air outward as the wheel turns, so the disc cools like its own fan. Ten slotted Allen-head bolts lock each rotor ring to its faceplate in a twist-lock: a bolt must back fully out and its lock rotate ninety degrees to release, and all ten must do so for the ring to let go. Some floating-rotor designs use pins, which we found can seize when very hot and make rotor replacement harder; the twist-lock avoids that.

Installation
The kit bolts on in place of the OEM front brakes, with no spacers when the wheels are correctly sized. Use red threadlocker on the caliper-to-carrier bolts, which stay in permanently, and torque the fasteners as below. Because the kit includes braided lines and fresh fluid, bleed the brake system after fitting.
| Fastener | Torque |
|---|---|
| Carrier (bracket) to hub | 100-105 ft-lb |
| Caliper to carrier | 90-100 ft-lb, with red threadlocker |
Do not exceed these torque specs. The caliper and bracket are aluminium, and over-torquing can strip the threads.
FAQ
Will it fit my 18-inch wheels?
It is designed for most 18-inch wheels and larger, with no spacers on correctly sized wheels. To check a specific wheel, or a 17-inch fitment, email info@n75motorsports.ca before ordering.
What size are the rotors?
Veloster N and the 1.6T cars use 356 x 32 mm; Elantra N and Kona N use 365 x 35 mm.
What pads come with the kit, and can I track it?
Endless street and track pads are included, suited to street and moderate track use. Race pads are available separately and make more brake dust.
Can I get a different caliper colour, and how long does it take?
Yes, any colour on request; email info@n75motorsports.ca with the colour you want. Each kit is made to order, about 2-3 weeks before it ships.
