Some people prefer these over full Intake systems. This is the minimum requirement for a ECU tune. Tuning on the OEM intake is possible but a higher flow Intake reduces turbocharger stress, and a tuned car runs high boost, this gets the job done for a fraction of the cost of a full intake, especially since the Elantra N intake system from factory is already a good system.
