They essentially called me stupid for not knowing there would be a $40 tariff charge due on delivery, even though it was never disclosed before I made my purchase. They even made a comment implying that, as an American, I should have known about the charge, which I found rude and completely unprofessional. The customer service was disrespectful, and it took forever for the part to arrive.

On top of that, Woosh Motorsports sells the exact same spring for $20 with free shipping, and mine arrived in just two days. N75’s spring would have cost me over $100 after the unexpected charges, and I’m still waiting on my refund. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend buying from this company. I had heard so many good things about them, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

If telling you it is not our job to inform you of your countries import policy is calling you stupid? I guess we did. We sell to 30 countries across the world, it seems only some US customers have never heard of tariffs before. We cannot inform 30 countries on THEIR own import tariff policy, we do not live in that country. Not to mention the policy in the USA has changed 100 times in the last 18 months.

The exhaust sprint is great. Easy install. Seems very durable compared to OEM. Tarrifs suck if you’re shipping to the USA 🤣. Not N75s fault there.

The frustration for us? is that in the last 18 months this Tariff policy has changed over 70 times, Ruled ILLEGAL!, by US Supreme Court, It makes no sense, not to mention keeping up with this when you do not live in the country in nearly impossible.

Fmfar higher quality than the cheap crap stock spring. Sport and N mode sound even more glorious now.
