Best little upgrade to your steering wheel.

The back plate already has the holes for the airbag so you don't have to make them.
Great quality, 100% recommended, even if you don't have the experience, you can do it yourself, just make sure you watch videos on YouTube on how to remove the steering wheel and how to install the red button, it took me like 20 minutes to do it.
