Other companies will sell you a plug and play solenoid from a VW without the necessary hoses for fitment, (you can buy those yourself for $50 bucks), however these are valves known to fail which is why we do not use them. Our kit is a complete conversation to an upgrade valve with new hoses.

Our valve now in end of 2024 has been used for 5 years, and sold for 5 years. This kit is one of the most popular upgrades we sell, we have only a few failures which were defective out of the box.

The difference between N Series and N Series Aftermarket FMIC is the length of hose, otherwise the kit is the same. If planning on upgrading order aftermarket FMIC.

Have a Check Engine light? P2261? Changed you BOV?  Is your BOV openning when your on throttle? Is your BOV pulsating? Your BOV Solenoid is most likely the cause. 

The major difference between our valve Upgrades and other vendors is the valve we use. We also never changed the valve we use, we were the first to offer a Pierburg Valve Upgrade and the only vendor who never changed the valve we sell for our BOV and EBCS Upgrade. 

This kit has solved many issues with the BOV on Hyundai Kia vehicles, especially Veloster N and Veloster Turbo 2 / Forte GT models. This product do not require ECU Tuning, and generally not needed, however even our project Veloster N had BOV Solenoid failure on the dyno, lucky for us we have kits in stock, otherwise we were limited to 8psi. We highly recommend this upgrade if your planning on ECU tuning or running more boost. This product will save you headaches in the future.

Using our Signature Series Race Valve, The same we use for our EBCS, this upgrade for the OEM BOV solenoid valve features bigger ports which allow more airflow, bigger body valve allows more airflow, also the valve is more responsive to ECU inputs, and will not go off when the ECU is not asking for it too, All the benefits of a MAC valve upgrade without the issues of the MAC Valve Failure rate!

We have now seen many people have issues with their BOV opening during full load. To our surprise this valve has fixed a few cars with this issue already. We do not advertise this valve as a cure for this, but if it helps with that, that would be an added bonus.

This kit has been in testing for 36 Months on 3 vehicle in 2 different countries, 250,000km total testing KM with no issues, the BOV seems to have less "Rapid fire"

Megaa Upgrade

This upgrade is fantastic, my Kia Proceed GT runs much better with it. Boost pressure is maintained better. Thank you for this. A small component with a big impact.

It was a good experience for only five minutes

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. I ordered the N75 Race Valve BOV Solenoid Valve Upgrade Kit (Pierburg) for the gfb T9011 BOV sound in my 2017 Elantra Sport 1.6t . I followed the installation instructions, which were easy, and everything seemed fine. I heard the BOV sound correctly for only five minutes , and then the problems started. The check engine light appeared with code P2261. I tried to clear it, but it didn't work. The boost gauge stopped functioning. I removed the sensor and returned the original one, but nothing changed. The check engine warning and code P2261 still appear, and the boost gauge shows nothing I try to open and close bov not woking. Before installing it, everything in the car was normal ;I could only hear the BOV sound whenever I lifted my foot off the gas pedal . I regret installing it.

Hey there, sorry to hear about this, however this sounds like either a bad connection (the VW connectors we use are extremely tight and need to pushed on much harder than OEM connectors do) which is what we have seen before, many times. Or a defective solenoid, however we have yet to see one fail out of the box. I would recheck your connection. Highly doubt the installation is correct. either way feel free to contact sales@n75motorsports.ca for warranty. Also this kit is not a cure for P2261, it helps with it, but if you had a check engine light, you would have to clear to see if it goes away with the new valve.

So apparently this isn't for the veloster N 2.0T this is for the 1.6. Sxth has the correct one. No issues with it, it was packaged nicely and even came with some goodies but sadly I'll have to return it or try to sell it.

Hey Kendall, no this valve fits the 1.6T. email sales@n75motorsports.ca but it 100% fits the 1.6T (1.6T and 2.0T are the same valve and harness)
