Fits: An OEM-replacement-style polyurethane exhaust hanger for the Elantra GT (i30 SR) platform, the Elantra N, and many other Hyundai and Kia exhaust-hanger positions. On the Elantra N it fits the hanger positions toward the mid-pipe rather than the OE axle-back position. Fitment is position-specific, so confirm your vehicle and hanger position with info@n75motorsports.ca before ordering. It will not fit the Xforce Kia Forte GT.
What this is
A firm, heavy-duty polyurethane exhaust hanger made custom for N75 Motorsports as an OEM-replacement-style part. It is rated at A80 (Shore A 80) durometer, noticeably firmer than the soft rubber of the OEM hanger, so it holds the exhaust tighter, with minimal movement. It is sold as a set of two (a pair), shown here in performance blue.
Each hanger has an oval shape with two mounting holes and a central channel.
Why it matters
The exhaust is attached to the engine, and with soft OEM rubber hangers it can swing from side to side under the car. A full aftermarket exhaust can weigh around 60 lb, so that movement acts like a pendulum that can disturb weight distribution and affect handling, which matters most on track.
Firmer polyurethane holds the exhaust tighter, so there is minimal movement. This helps keep the exhaust tips from hitting the bumper under hard acceleration, and it helps with low-sitting catbacks, such as an Xforce catback that can sit low and stretch the OEM bushings.
What owners report
Owners report that the hangers stopped a muffler or exhaust from moving around, that they noticeably reduced sway after switching to an aftermarket axle-back exhaust, and that they worked on an Elantra N in the hanger positions toward the mid-pipe. These are owner claims.

Installation
Each hanger mounts in place of the OEM rubber hanger, over the exhaust hanger rod. Because the polyurethane is much more rigid than the OEM rubber, it is stiff to fit, so owners report warming it with a heat gun to soften it before pushing it onto the rod. On the Elantra N, use the hanger positions toward the mid-pipe rather than the OE axle-back position. We suggest starting with the two rear-muffler hangers and replacing more for minimal movement; on the Elantra GT (i30 SR) platform, two at the rear make a clear difference over OEM.
FAQ
They feel very stiff. How do I get them on?
Warm the hanger with a heat gun to soften it, then push it onto the hanger rod. The polyurethane is much firmer than the OEM rubber, so it takes more effort to seat.
Where do these fit on my Elantra N?
Use the hanger positions toward the mid-pipe rather than the OE axle-back position. Confirm your position with info@n75motorsports.ca.
Do I have to replace all of my exhaust hangers?
They are sold as a set of two. Two at the rear make a clear difference, and you can replace more hangers for minimal movement.
Will they fit the Xforce Kia Forte GT?
No.
