Fits: Hyundai and Kia 1.6T and 2.0T turbo engines. This is the universal kit, not a direct-fit kit: choose the 1.6T or 2.0T option for your engine and mount the can where it fits your engine bay.
What this is
The N75 Motorsports Engine Oil Catch Can is a universal oil catch can (OCC) kit, designed and assembled in Canada. It sits in the crankcase breather line and catches the oil and fuel vapour in the blow-by before it reaches your intake. This is a working kit, not a show piece.
The can holds 200 ml on the PCV kit and carries a universal mounting bracket, so you can angle it to suit your engine bay. Our goal was a catch can that works well and is simple to fit.
How it works
Crankcase blow-by is the oil and fuel vapour from the crankcase, normally routed through the PCV into the intake. The catch can sits in that line and takes the oil and fuel out before it reaches the intake.
Inside the can, the vapour passes the double baffles and cooling plate, so the oil and fuel condense and fall to the bottom. The cleaned air leaves through the 50 micron filter, and a one-way check valve on the PCV hose keeps the flow going the right way.

What owners report
Owners describe it as a solid, complete kit, with ample hose and ties for clean runs, and say the universal bracket lets them mount and angle the can where they want. A Kia Forte GT owner confirms the fit, and an Elantra N owner reports fabricating a small bracket to seat the can beside the reservoir.
Installation
- With an OEM intake, mount the can on the passenger side; with an aftermarket intake, mount it on the driver side.
- Hand-tighten the can body only, like an oil filter; that makes the air seal. Do not over-tighten, or you can damage the gasket.
- Route the two hoses to the can, keep the one-way check valve on the PCV hose, and secure them with the supplied clamps.
- Run and tie the hoses along cooler paths, away from hot surfaces such as the turbo and exhaust side.
