2019-2020 Hyundai Elantra GT N Line and Hyundai Elantra Sport owners please note; You will NOT get over boost on our tune. We are aware of many tuners who are having issues with this, on our tune your car will not over boost. Rest assured or your money back. We are aware of this issue as we own a Elantra GT N Line, and have a solution. Many people come to us to tune their car because warranty cannot figure out what is causing P0234, so they end up tuning it with us and we remove it. Limp mode is a thing of the past when it comes to running higher boost on our ECU recalibration.  We want to ensure the community our tunes not only make power but will not cause over boost issues at all. We are surprised how many tuners are having issues with over boost on these cars, however even we got help from others!!

We use a tool that modifies engine data ONLY, this means if you flash back to stock, the dealership cannot tell you were tuned. We have never had a customer have issues with warranty if flashed back to stock.

We now offer a Panasonic Toughbook laptop rental at a small rental fee. Naturally shipping a laptop will cause wear and require replacement every 4-5 tunes the HD will be replaced and the computer will be reformatted to avoid issues, if we sense the computer is aging we will replace it. We charge a small $99 CDN Fee for this service, we are trying to help everyone get a tune, and have encountered this issue.

We now have confirmation that our tuning software will work on MacBook's running Windows 10. 2 USB ports are needed (not through a USB Splitter, If it is a USB Splitter it needs to be a good one)

Calibration Features

Engine warm up protection

All 1.6T ECU Calibrations have a map which control boost vs oil temp in the cylinder head. we reduce this map so the car only makes 50% power until oil temp hits 50 Degree C. and then 70% at 60 Degree C, and 100% at 70 Degree C. This ensure our high boost tunes only apply boost when the engine is warm to protect the turbo and engine. Tune safety is most important for us. Our 91 Octane calibration is made to last the life the car without the tune being the reason of failure, we have customers with over 75,000 Miles on this calibration already.

Torque Management

Our ECU's run off a torque request model, we optimize all torque maps for your cars needs.

Max WOT

During WOT the car switches over to different maps, we optimize these maps which control this, the result is a smooth powerband.

Ignition Timing Advance

Timing is optimized to the engine per tunes / fuel grade.

Turbocharger Management

We optimize the way the turbo comes on, we change optimize wastegate duty cycle and related maps for the turbocharger to make a smooth powerband.

AFR Management

We optimize AFR as Hyundai's and Kia's run very rich from factory in the higher RPM range. This results in more power and less fuel use. Increasing power and fuel economy is a win-win. (91 Octane needed)

Special Features

We can lift idle RPM, remove vehicle speed limit, add 7000RPM shift on 6SPD, remove whichever DTC you wish.

VVT Optimization

Cam timing from the ECU is changed to make more power.

Overboost Correction

2019-2020 Hyundai Elantra Sport and GT N Line have a very small hard to find overboost map which causes safety mode when boost hits 21psi, for tuning we need to lift this safety as our tunes run around 21-22psi, we lift this safety known to cause owners on the OEM tune and aggressive piggyback tunes to go into safety mode. Overboost and P0234 is a thing of the past on our tune.

(1) 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT Sport Dyno Pull (Intake and N75 Motorsports Tune) - YouTube

With our 2018 Elantra GT with just an intake the car made 170whp. with our tune, 215whp. Dyno graphs in pictures. Unknown to us at the time, the 2018 Elantra GT had a partially clogged cat during the dyno session, this caused a surging on the dyno resulting into a surging on the graph. It's highly possible had the cat not been partially clogged the car would have made even more power, which is impressive as a 45WHP increase from a tune alone is a lot on a 1.6T engine.

Developed and Tuned in Canada By N75 Motorsports

7K RPM Limit is an option on 91 tune if requested. Increase Idle can be done on the 2019-2020 Hyundai Elantra GT Sport and Elantra Sport in Sport mode only (DCT). Other vehicles get a increased idle in all modes. Fault clearing is a non issue, let us know which fault and we can clear it for you. Launch Control for 6SPD can be set at any RPM you wish. Removing your speed limiter is also a non issue. Our tunes are fully customizable.

Before buying a Tune, Please email us at tunes@n75motorsports.ca or contact us through Facebook or Instagram, Thank you

HKS M45XL Plugs

GFB T9111

N75 Motorsports 91 Octane Tune

Tuned Pull 214.14WHP 270.04WTQ @ 24.5psi

40.3-44 WHP increase.

51.5WTQ increase.  On a car with just an intake

Unknown to us at the time, the car has a partially clogged cat which resulted in surging on the dyno seen the graph, had the cat been unclogged it is possible the car would have made more power.

We can Disable any Fault Code You wish, For a Downpipe or even BOV without a solenoid, At no additional cost.

Please note Pop Tunes Require Catless Exhaust, or risk or Cat damage, worst case Engine damage. Against our advice we have tuned many Catted cars with pop tunes, some have already 25,000km on the tune without issue, but we do not recommend rolling the dice.

WE DO NO DISABLE ECU SAFETIES

SOFT Tune (Daily Driver)

A first for the KDM community, we developed a "Soft" Tune which is designed to be used with no mods. We slightly lift boost, and leave ignition timing at stock settings along with VVT. We suggest 91 octane fuel, and a Catch Can. This Tune is NOT designed to blow your socks off, it's alternative to piggybacks that fool ECU's. If you were to ask us which is the best piggyback system, we would definitely say JB4 because of its OBD2 connection. (it knows what is going on inside the ECU, whereas all other just fool sensors) We offer a discount on future upgrade Tunes with purchase of this tune, we understand that tuning is not cheap. HKS M40XL or NGK 1422 or better will work fine with this tune.

This map runs stock boost levels, however we change how the boost comes on and how much the turbo holds towards redline. You will not see over 19psi on this map, and rarely 19. Typically 18psi all the time. We make power other ways, increasing boost requires high octane fuel. While we recommend high octane fuel without a tune, this tune is made to work on 89. Not recommended but it can do it safely.

(We suggest a OCC on a stock tune)

(We suggest a EBCS on stock tune, our R&D data logging found 1-2psi increase in boost on stock tune, also a more steady boost level, on 3 vehicles, R&D in Canada and Australia)

91 Octane Tune:

This tune is designed to last the lifetime of the car without the tune being the reason of failure. We have customers with over 80,000 Miles on this tune in over 2 years of heavy driving.

Will target between 21-23 psi with Axle back, FMIC and intake 240whp is expected and has been made by many of our customers. Moderate Timing advance, VVT adjustment.

Requires: Race Valve, Shell V-Power with Zero Ethanol. 90/10 fuel is not great if you asked us, 3rd party tests has proved 90/10 Premium Fuel is closer to 85-15. The issue with Ethanol is water. Ethanol loves water, and will absorb any moisture from the holding tank to the pumps to your gas tank. avoid it. HKS M45XL Required or heat range 9 equivalent NGK Race Series

100 Octane Tune:
Will target 24-25psi. Aggressive Ignition timing advance, VVT adjustment.

With a full catless exhaust and our FMIC the car will make 245-250whp.

Our 100 Octane tune REQUIRES full exhaust, FMIC, HKS M45XL, Race Valve. Full bolt on's / we suggest either always running Shell 91 and Boostane Professional, or buy our kit which allows you to change maps. Running this map as a daily driver even on race gas will slowly wear our your turbo quicker as the bearings inside were not designed for the RPM needed to make 25psi.

Race Track Lap Map

Newly released, Race Track Lap Map, is our most extreme mapping available. Out the door with safety limits, this map is made for 1 thing and 1 thing only POWER! And as much of it as the OEM engine/Turbo can provide. We truly beat the turbo hard on this map, but that is the point of it! For those who want us to extract every single WHP on your engine with no issues with safety in mind. This map will knock your socks off! You will see 26-28PSI on this map, FBO is required for us to be able to push the limits of the engine and Turbo. This map is by no means a safe map, basically this the most extreme mapping we can do on the 1.6T to make power. 400+ Maps are modified in this tune.

Tune Requirements

Soft tune: OCC, HKS M40XL or NGK 1422, Wastegate solenoid valve (to get the most out of the tune)

91 tune: We tune on Shell 91 V-Power, OCC, HKS M45XL, Wastegate solenoid (for same reason as listed above)

100 tune Shell 91 with a full can of Race Gas Ultra (or VP Race fuel like MS109) OCC, HKS M45XL or NGK Racing Series R2556B-9 or 10, (NGK Racing Series are the best plugs available on the market, also about 200 dollars for a set of 4) any GFB BOV.

Race Track Lap Map

Same as 100 octane.

Stage 2 Turbo Upgrade Tune:

We offer a Stage 1 and Stage 2 Turbo upgrade. Stage 1 is a larger K04 Compressor Billet wheel over 51mm inducer!

Then we have our big upgrade tune which will target 25 PSI and make approx. 310whp with a catless exhaust and our FMIC kit! We have already tuned that turbo to 300WHP on 91 octane fuel.

 SUPPORTED VEHICLES

Hyundai Elantra Sport 2017-2020

Hyundai Elantra GT Sport 2018

Hyundai Elantra GT N Line 2019-2020

PLEASE NOTE: We suggest a catless exhaust on our pop tune, it is not required, but recommended for safety.

Why us over our competition in Canada?

N75 Motorsports is the only Canadian tuner who has done R&D, testing on the 1.6T. We are the only Canadian tuner to log all systems of our tunes, including wastegate duty cycle (Something not easy to log). Due to the amount of logging we have done we are able to safely say, no one Canada does it better for the 1.6T. We use the latest most advanced tuning software which gives us an edge our competitors do not have. WinOLS5 is an extremely powerful tuning tool, we were surprised to learn our competitors don't use. All of our tunes are tested on multiple vehicles before we even tuned the first car. We did not just start accepting orders for tuning, we told the community when we started developing a new tune will take some time. Sadly others have not done this, nor went through this process.

How do we do it?

WinOLS5 combined with other tuning software, WinOLS5 is the only ECU tool that allows full read of the ECU file, and full detection of any part of the ECU file, combined with full editing. WinOLS5 itself is not a life saver, you still need a solid mappack for it. When we started we bought a mappack with 173 maps, we then added it, we now have over 2100 maps in our Kefico Mappack (1.6T ECU) this is how we are able to do things others are cannot. What you need to understand is that we have "tuners" and "map editors" they are not the same. Map editors edit maps given to them in WinOLS5 or ECM Titanium, however they can only edit whichever maps they have. If they do not have the map they cannot edit it. tuners can find these maps and edit them. This is main difference when buying a ECU tune from a "Vendor" or even tuner who is reselling tunes, which is extremely common. This is why we can do 7K shift, remove your speed limiter, and more.

We have already helped tuners in Australia, UK, and Korea! Some need help finding RPM maps, some need help finding DTCs, some need help tuning from the beginning, however we are here to help this KDM community no matter where in the World. We also work with pro's the ones who make map editing software for these cars to assist them. We currently assist a tuning software maker in Italy.

We also have received help from other tuners around the world, UK, Australia, Korea, USA, name it we have received help too! But this again helps us help the end user get a better product, working with some of the brightest tuners we know only makes our mapping better. And we do our best to work with as many tuners as possible so we do not need a "Tuning Organization" we just need a network of tuners, and thankfully due to some of our coding, we have been noticed by other tuners who want to help us so we can help them. As we said working relationships with other tuners gives you, the customer a better ECU calibration.

We can safely say, no one in Canada does it better for the 1.6T, and we will even refund you if you are not happy with your tune! Ask yourself how many tuners will do that in Canada? This is how confident we are in our abilities for this engine. We are running out of things to do other than out right power record. However building a Big turbo car goes against our company motto. We believe we can make these cars beyond fun to drive for affordable prices! Stuffed turbos with OEM engines have already proven to make 300WHP daily driven with a Showtune for a year now! We believe everyone should be able to afford "fun power", however the power equilibrium needs to be kept. Suspension and brakes cannot be forgotten about. A FWD, Sub 3000LBS car without a LSD? Why does it need 400whp+? It does not in our opinion. 300WHP is scary on a VT2, we do not believe big turbo cars are the way to go on this platform.
