Firstly, N75 Motorsports does not believe in "Big Turbo" (custom exhaust manifolds and big turbo's) is the route to take on the N platform. This is for a few reasons, mainly, custom Hybrids have dynoed upwards of 480whp, Secondly, at this power level? While high most users do not even require openning the engine to make this power. Countless people have OEM sealed blocks and dyno in the mid 400whp range. This means out N engines are very strong out of the factory in Korea. While we don't disagree that 500+whp would be cool, the amount of money that it would cost for an extra 30-50whp is extremely a lot. While there will always be the owner whom wants to spend this amount, the majority of owners do not want to go past WMI let alone openning the block. If your car is a DCT? Don't even consider it as the DCT cannot handle hybrid power levels. Because TCU tuning is in its infancy, upgraded clutches are also, DCT simply cannot handle a hybrid with a aggressive tune.
The Hybrid route does not require engine work, the most work you would have to do to prep your car for a turbo like this is a downpipe, Intake and WMI. (Obviously plugs and we suggest a HPFP)
We have also now had a customer with this turbo for over 18 months at 27PSI, to give you an idea how much stress he puts through the engine, his Forge Motorsport turbo inlet which we used to include, collapsed due to the high vacuum caused by the turbocharger. This turbocharger is not only strong, but reliable. While N75 Motorsports turbos are far from cheap, quality is unmatched with Canadian manufacturing and UK made turbo parts.

8 Months of development and we have produced what we believe will be the most reliable Elantra N Hybrid turbo ever made. This turbo has features no other rebuilder has to the date of the manufacturing of our turbocharger, we do far more to this turbo than anyone in the industry, Port and Polish internal compressor components you cannot even see.
The only reason for this is pure reliable performance. Intended for track use. Everything from the powerband of this turbocharger to reliability and performance has been designed with track use in mind. N75 Motorsports has users of this turbo whom beat their cars very hard running strong for 40,000 miles at 27PSI. Our turbochargers may not be cheap, but you are receiving a product that is custom-made for your vehicle in Canada, at time of ordering, custom features like power coating can be added, customized heat shielding, and more. (While some of these extra are extremely expensive, it is an option that is as well done in Canada)This is not a mass production product.

HT400 Turbochargers convert 4 cylinder 2.0L turbocharged powerbands into high reving DOHC V8 style powerbands. This is done by uniquely designing the compressor and turbine, the proof is in our dyno chart. (See pictures)
This is a custom made to order turbo. We do not stock these, this is not because we cannot, this is because we believe we lose quality by stocking turbo's. If we were to tell our rebuilder to make us 10 turbo he would give us a discount and make 10 turbo's. However would the quality of all those 10 be the same? We do not believe so regardless of manufacture.

This turbo has a 5mm bigger inlet on the turbine, Port and Polished, hand made in Canada.
It features a 9mm bigger inlet compressor.
This small increase is all that is need to hold set boost to redline, these turbos will hold 26psi to 7000RPM, making them perfectly suited as an upgrade for the Veloster N and I30N.
These turbochargers will take your Theta II engine to 400whp+, and this has already been proven. While it is capable of high whp, it is also as reliable as a hybrid turbocharger can be. Your motor will make 26psi at 7000RPM, as you can see from the graph, just like our 1.6T turbo there is no signs of the turbocharger falling off, producing a almost naturally aspirated engine powerband.
We take this turbo, send it to our rebuilder who has taken a 1.6T turbo and we have made 300whp at 7000RPM, this turbo is bored out, race internal are replaced with the OEM bearings, a Billet compress blade which is bigger and optimized for the turbo. Our EN Stuffed turbo will be able of 400WHP without issue.
This turbo comes BRAND NEW, we do not give you a used turbo, perfect for Elantra N owners or even Veloster N owners who want to push the platform like us!
