Stage 1 is now ready for order, we are accepting Stage 1 DCT TCU's for tuning, Stage 1 has everything minus 7K Shift, something not needed on OEM Turbo cars. This is why we have two stages. 7K shift is more complex, we offer Stage 1 as a cheaper alternative. Stage 1 will work with any ECU Tune, However LC will not, a ECU Tune is required for LC which can be included with Stage 1.
We will start accepting tuning customers in the next month or so. (December/January) N75 Motorsports will not accept tuning until we have a perfect tune for the DCT, we offer this pre-order to our customers at a discounted rate. N75 Motorsports is a small and growing company, we simply do not have all the resources the bigger vendors do. This helps us get you the best tune. This why we offer a pre-order. We will work with our test cars until a comprehensive calibration is complete on all cars. Not just the ES. We will NOT tune any TCU until our tune is finalized. Rest assured that you will have a fully tested tune on a 300WHP DCT.
Rest assured if you bought an ECU recalibration from us you will NOT pay to upgrade your tune, simply order just the DCT tune, reference your ECU recalibration order in notes, and we will retune your ECU free of charge.
We offer you this pre-order at a reduced cost. These tunes will sell for $599 CDN for Stage 1 and $999 For Stage 2, right now we offer Stage 2 only for pre-order. Stage 1 will be Hyundai Spec only. Stage 2 will include everything you see below.
When considering the price of our tune may seem high, please understand there is NO tuning support for our DCT, meaning all tuning is done finding maps, with no support of what those maps are other than our experience. We are one of the first KDM tuners to come up with a comprehensive TCU Recalibration, we wanted more than a "7K" Shift Map, and that is exactly what Stage 2 is. Over 500 hours of R&D has already occurred on our TCU with our Elantra GT N Line, while at that time we were unaware if we could develop a TCU tune, we did not publicly post anything until recently in October 2021, We have even pictured what coding your TCU looks like, due to the lack of tuning support, our experience and trail is all we could do until we had a working tune and found the maps needed.

We now have a VT2 test car that runs 13.5 at 104MPH, we will be testing our calibrations with the VT2 TCU in mid November.
Your TCU needs to be shipped into Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We will send you mailing instructions after ordering. Turn around time is 24-48 hours during the week.
You will also need a ECU Tune from us, we CANNOT guarantee ANY TCU Performance on any other ECU Tune than ours. We offer our ECU Tune at a discount, you may add an ECU Recalibration to this tune.
Our Calibrations are proven and tested on the Elantra Sport / GT Sport. Unfortunetly at this time we cannot prove this calibration on VT2 Forte GT as we have not tuned one yet. Most likely our tune will work, however our test vehicles were 1 Elantra Sport with a KDMTUNERS Stuffed turbo, and a FBO Hyundai Elantra GT N Line.
NO LIMIT SHIFT- DCT No longer upshifts, only when you command it too our hit 7000RPM.
PRESSURE UP CLUTCH DISC- Increased Pressure limits to the clutch help hold high WHP Applications
SHIFT TABLE STEP UP - We change the way the transmission itself changes gear, in each gear. This results in a far better performing DCT
TORQUE LIMITER - We adjust a torque limiter in the TCU which is a pain for you drag strip guys.
HYUNDAI SPEC STEP UP- We compared DCT files from around the world, we used the Kia Forte GT, Kia Cerato GT, Hyundai Elantra Sport which we tune and Hyundai Tucson DCT, what we noticed was interesting, the Hyundai Tucson, what we call Tusfil maps, (the exact same maps in the Elantra Sport/GT Sport) have higher values, we copied these values and the results were a far better driving DCT
CLUTCH HOLD- This is the closest we can come to Launch Control on the DCT, basically we lock up the clutch/brake and gas. Normally the clutch releases after a few seconds, with our tune, the clutch disc holds for longer and builds a little boost, this system is not perfect, but as good as we can possible make it for our cars. Unfortunately the TCU itself cannot support any type of LC, we have tried nearly everything available with no success.
