ALWAYS HERE AT ALL TIMES TO REDUCE CUSTOMER WAIT TIME, THIS PUMP SHIPS IMMEDIATELY, WE SEE THIS UPGRADE AS A MUST, NO DIFFERENT FROM SPARK PLUGS, WHEN ADDING A TUNE. CAN THE OEM PUMP BE TUNED? YES! BUT THE OEM PUMP IS KNOWN TO STRUGGLE WITH THE OEM TUNE. WHY RISK IT WHEN A REPLACEMENT WHICH IS DIRECT REPLACEMENT IS AVAILABLE?

Rated to 350whp (can make more)

We have proven this pump will solve your fuel pump issues on the Veloster / I30 N models. With multiple customers who have Dyno'd over 320WHP and even 1 at over 400WHP, another at 350WHP and 400WTQ another at 360WHP and 360WTQ, on this HPFP, we are confident it will solve your issue! (Make no mistake about it, the HPFP requires tuning, if your tune is bad? You will get cuts on ANY HPFP) This pump is all you need to reach 400whp.

Please note fuel injectors on this platform are also becoming an issue, this is due to the design of the injectors. If you have fuel cuts after this pump? More than likely your injectors should be replaced or upgraded.

This is not the Hyundai Motorsport HPFP, However we tested this pump with many setups, not a single setup had fueling issues, including a stuffed turbo Veloster N, and big turbo Veloster N.

As you can see from the graph, Fuel rail pressure stays consistent on this HPFP, where the OEM would dip.

Did you hit the limit of the OEM Fuel pressure pump? Having extended start issues? Rough idle? The HPFP on the Veloster N and I30N is a known issue. This is our solution, we have tested this HPFP on stuffed turbo setups without issue. We suggest a HPFP before ECU Tuning. While warranty will cover a replacement they will just use the same pump known to cause issues. This pump will fix all your HPFP problems.

This is a brand new part, the same type of pump used by Hyundai on their projects 2.0Ts. This pump is strong enough to keep enough fuel following without hitting the limit, on a big turbo Veloster N.

This is a direct replacement HPFP which is needed when pushing the limits of a FBO VN and higher boost levels 22+PSI, this pump will keep enough fuel flowing to the engine even with a big turbo. Perfectly suited for all N's, from no mods, to FBO car or stuffed turbo car. This pump does not require tuning. Many owners buy this pump to avoid OEM pump issues with no mods. Many people have been left stranded by the OEM fuel pump.

We use this pump on our project Veloster N.

We have customers from FBO JB4 to Lap3 big turbo kit to Elantra Turbo to our own Stuffed turbo, running this pump without issue. FBO ECU tune to FBO no ECU tune, without any issues. Basically every setup you can think of this pump has powered without issue, and hold fuel pressure steady at wide open throttle.

N75 Motorsports recommends pump replacement before tuning to ensure tune safety, unless running a low boost Stage 1 tune. This due to the extremely weak HPFP from factory, the HPFP has been known to fail on the OEM tune, on a high boost tune we see it as absolutely a necessity. We change the way the HPFP acts within the tune even on a OEM pump, however this is again for tune safety. We highly suggest ECU Tuning with this pump but is not required. We are well aware tuners are tuning this cars on bigger turbos with the OEM fuel pump, but we ask, what happens when your doing a pull the HPFP decides it's time to check out? You run lean and risk the possibility of engine damage. Why? We spend good money on our cars, doing mods and tunes, why cheap out on a part which is extremely important to your engines longevity? We can extremely lift the HPFP pump maps in the ECU and send you on your way with the OEM pump but why when their is a solution available which is not only direct replacement, but will directly add performance to the engine, the way the engine starts, idles, everything is better on this stronger pump. In the 1.6T community we tell everyone, EBCS is required, sadly the 2.0T platform requires a part which is more expensive, however no matter how we look at it? We see this as a requirement to avoid issues. Now when we talk about tuning? This is a no brainer. Data is available of the OEM crashing under high boost, again can it but tuned out? Sure, but why would you try to tune out a well know issue? The safety of your engine is most important to us. This is why we own development cars.

High Pressure Fuel Pump

I got the pump installed with 3 other mods so i cant honestly say how much difference the pump makes as far as more power but what i can say is how good this company did with my order. I was extremely happy with theor communication which to me is key. I bought from another company and i wasnt sure if they got my order i waited 6 months for the part never once did they communicate with me. N75 did communicate well the part arrived quickly coming out of Canada and i would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
