All through the company informed me after the fact that they are just a redistributor of a product, I was disappointed when parts were missing and they just told me to contact the other company who they had purchased it from Good customer service would have been for them to make that communication for me instead of just passing me off to contact someone else.
Manufacture warranty must go through the manufacture for a few reason, 1, we do not have the parts. 2, we are a reseller for this product we cannot warranty anything. 3 We are an official Xforce Reseller, meaning if you contact the email I sent you? They will help you out extremely fast.
