This is XForce's cat-back for the facelift i30 N hatch, the PDe.4 car, and it is a different system from the one that fits the earlier PDe to PDe.3 shell. It runs 3" mandrel-bent 304 stainless pipework through a centre hot-dog resonator into a Varex rear muffler whose internals were designed specifically for this vehicle, and it finishes on 4.5" double-wall polished angled tips sized to suit the facelift rear bumper.
The Varex valve is the point of the system: open, it gives the performance tone XForce developed it for; closed, it returns the car to the refinement owners expect day to day. The SmartBox Bluetooth controller is a separate purchase rather than part of the kit, and XForce also offers a drive-mode harness so the factory steering wheel controls can keep operating the valve. One operating limit applies, in that the valve must not be fully closed in N mode.

Fitment
Hyundai i30 N facelift hatch, PDe.4 series, 2.0L turbo. XForce prints no model years for this system; JRP lists it as 03/2021 onward, which agrees with XForce's dating of the PDe.4 series elsewhere in their range.
Does not fit: XForce lists this system only for the facelift PDe.4 i30 N hatch. It does not fit the North American Veloster N or Elantra N, the earlier PDe to PDe.3 i30 N, or the i30 N Fastback.
Part #: ESHY36VKCS
Emissions: XForce makes no road-legality or off-road statement for this part. It is a cat-back system and does not replace or remove any catalytic converter.
