Christmas Schedule / Shipping Strike Update
While most of our customers know we do not take time off and remain open nearly year round.
Christmas is the one time of year we close to enjoy time off with family and friends. Our 2024 Christmas schedule is as follows.
Our ECU Portal will be closed and all ECU tuning will be closed from December 16th to January 7th. While we understand this is a long time, please remember we hardly close tuning during the year, ECU tuning is a stressful job, our main man needs time off to maintain sanity.
N75 Motorsports is closed December 20th to January 2nd. Shipping, Customer Service, all have been given time off to spend with their families.
Please Note: Shipping has been swamped with your orders since mid November, our extended Black Friday Sale which we are now calling Black December, has caused a 35% increase in orders over our normal order volume. This has created a massive backlog in shipping, N75 Motorsports uses 2 warehouses owned by us, meaning some orders require parts from our other warehouse. This, plus the added volume of orders, has made a order that normally ship's within 24 hours up to 72 hours. Also Canada Post (Canada's government postal service) has been on strike for over 30 days. This means UPS, Fedex, DHL and all other carriers will not pickup order's like normal from N75 Motorsports. This means the shipping team has to drive to the central hub for Canada in Toronto by the airport, to drop off orders for shipping. This is also slowing down shipping as we never had to take packages to the carrier, the carrier would always come to us. However due to the season, Canada Post strike, they are simply unable to pickup due to their volume going up. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however please know we are doing our best with the given situation.
Like always, we will have someone periodically check emails during closed time, but please do not expect a normal time of year response time.
